Teach a BPO portal form once and reuse the mapping for matching forms. Review the order in BPO/REO Machine, then send the prepared data to the Chrome extension for controlled portal autofill.
Fee intelligence before you accept
Recommended fee and counter amount per order type and market, with your own minimums, counter results and paid history tracked over time.
Create the order from the email
Create and manage the order in one workspace, including order number, client, type, fee, subject address and due date, with duplicate safeguards and streamlined order intake.
Comps, repairs and adjustments
Import active, pending and sold comparables, review them in a compact table, and expand only the comps that need editing or adjustments. Your saved adjustment defaults can be applied automatically.
Photo assignments with timestamps
Track required property photos directly inside each order, import completed photos, preserve timestamps, and export the finished photo set using requirement-based file names.
Property data, progress and completion
Import subject MLS and tax/public-record data, automatically track order progress as required work is completed, and finish the order with a simple Mark Order Complete action.

How can I access the beta?
BPO/REO Machine is currently invite only. Beta access is being offered selectively and through qualifying course purchases from Agent Rev Stream while beta seats are available.
Can I join without purchasing a course?
Yes. You can join the waitlist without purchasing anything. The waitlist is for beta and launch notifications; it does not guarantee immediate beta access.
My portal isn't supported yet. Is it worth joining?
The autofill engine is designed to learn supported portal forms. Because the system is still in beta, portal coverage and behavior may continue to change as testing expands.
Does it submit orders on my behalf?
No. It fills fields and shows you exactly what it changed. Nothing is submitted to an AMC without you reviewing and clicking submit in the portal.
Is BPO/REO Machine publicly available yet?
